- 1 cucumber
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 granny smith apple

Cool Red Quencher:
- 4 cups cubed watermelon (rind and all)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Juice the watermelon, or blend and strain. Pour into a glass and 'mull' with the mint leaves. Enjoy!
